Popular HR Bloggers, Kris Dunn, Mike Haberman, Chris Havrilla and Cathy Missildine-Martin Debate Strategies for Nurturing Top Talent
Ottawa, ON – September 9, 2011 – Four popular HR bloggers will take the stage to discuss the latest approaches to attracting and retaining top talent at the Halogen Software User Conference in Atlanta this month. Closing the first day of the conference on September 19th, Kris Dunn, Mike Haberman, Chris Havrilla and Cathy Martin will provide actionable intelligence on what tools and approaches organizations can implement today to plan for the future.
"These strategies are not 'one size fits all'," said Mike Haberman. "You can be sure this panel will deliver food for thought with an entertaining and informative approach."
With managing talent now overtaking risk as the number one priority on the CEO agenda1 attracting, developing and retaining top talent is even more prevalent than ever for HR leaders. The panel brings together some of the most active and vocal HR thinkers in the blogosphere to share their views with attendees.
"Since top performers are a source of competitive advantage, attracting and retaining an all-star talent pool is a hot topic now more than ever," said Chris Havrilla. "I'm confident we'll have many views and lots to share on how organizations can best nurture their all-stars."
