Nina Vania is responsible for delivering continuous advancement consulting services to clients across EMEA.  She works with clients to evaluate their Talent Management Strategy to structure the best solution for their talent requirements to ensure a successful implementation of the Halogen Software Suite. Additionally, she helps clients benchmark their HR Processes with best in-class practices and provides analytical insights on their talent to ensure clients extract maximum value from their Halogen Tools.

Prior to joining the Halogen, Nina was a Management Consultant with CEB SHL where she worked with clients in the UK, Middle East, India and South East Asia.  Projects that she has worked on include talent analytics, customized competency frameworks, design and implementation of assessment and development centers apart from providing support on a range of psychometric tools and reports.  Nina has a MBA degree with a specialization in Strategy and Organizational Leadership.
