Halogen Closes Best Second Quarter on Record, Continues to Build Customer Momentum

Second quarter performance highlighted by record annual recurring revenue, industry recognition and significant customer wins for talent management leader

Halogen Software today announced it closed its second quarter of 2012 with outstanding business results, including 30% growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR) over this same period in 2011. The quarter was also marked by significant customer wins, industry recognition for its leading talent management solutions, and new product enhancements that support organizations in gaining a complete picture of performance.

New customers added during the quarter include: Make-A-Wish Foundation of America, Transcor America, Highlands and Islands Enterprise, NCC Environmental Services, Lakeside Process Controls, Ltd., Boulder Valley Credit Union, Pentax of America Inc., National Association of State Boards of Accountancy, Lifeline Scientific, Inc. and Tri-State Memorial Hospital.

“We selected Halogen because their solutions can so easily be adapted to suit our business needs and our processes,” said Stephen Beukes, Business Unit Manager: Ecological Services, NCC Environmental Services. “Ease-of-use is especially critical in terms of getting our managers and employees to fully participate in the performance management process, and Halogen simplifies everything. Instead of spinning cycles to get appraisals done our organization can focus on developing a high-performing workforce.”
