Shawna has been with Halogen Software, part of Saba Software, for over 10 years in a variety of roles across the organization but has always had the same mandate – to help customers win with talent! Currently as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager she is committed to her customer’s success; ensuring they get maximum value from their relationship with Saba+Halogen. Her goal is to her customer's solutions to the ever changing priorities of the business and by providing continuous learning opportunities by connecting them with experts and within our vibrant customer community. Shawna leverages her years' experience as Program Manager and Senior Consultant for Business Consulting, Solutions Consultant, Implementation Consultant and Trainer to best advise her customers. She has a passion for helping organizations realize the true potential of their talent, with a drive to deliver results and a real knack for consultative and creative problem solving. She is certified by DDI and Korn Ferry (powered by Lominger) for Competency Modeling, is a MBTI Certified Practitioner and a Human Capital Strategist with the HCI institute.
