Curiosity and the drive to take on new challenges have taken Laura Roantree from a childhood growing up in the Canadian countryside to an MBA from Carleton University, a year studying abroad in Sweden, and a stint doing International development research in Africa. It also led her to talent management, where she helps organizations solve critical problems like how to attract and retain top talent.
Laura brings a millennial perspective to performance management, believing it should not only help the organization achieve its goals, but also give employees what they want and need to be productive and happy. She backs that up with nine years’ experience in talent management implementation and customer advocacy.
