Halogen Software unveiled several new talent management suite product enhancements at the HR Technology Conference and Exposition today. A new HR analytics report dashboard, real-time talent management, rich engaging mobile apps, and increased administration flexibility for larger and distributed enterprises top the list of dozens of usability enhancements for all employee groups in the company’s next edition.
Delivered as part of Halogen’s ongoing commitment to help organizations build their world-class workforces and make talent management best-practices accessible to companies of all sizes, the Halogen Talent Management Suite™ has raised the bar on what human resources professionals can expect from a technology vendor.

Easy access to HR analytics and reporting
Halogen’s new reporting features make rich analytics and real-time talent management easy, and accessible to HR in one central location. Pre-configured reports give HR administrators the data they need to make informed, strategic business decisions and better understand employee performance. For example, the Process Flow report provides a real-time, cross-organization view into the status of a given talent program. Administrators can use this information to analyze trends and make adjustments to timelines, redundancies or bottlenecks in the process.

Mobile features that drive engagement and performance anywhere, any time
Halogen has incorporated three of its most popular features to its mobile application: Halogen Feedback Central, Goal Management and the Talent Profile Directory to provide anytime, anywhere access to them. By giving managers and employees the ability to share feedback, track and update goals in real time, and search for relevant talent management data via their mobile devices, organizations can help keep performance a day-to-day priority.

Greater flexibility for administering a Distributed and Global Workforce
Larger enterprises will now have even greater flexibility in how they self-administer and manage the unique talent requirements, processes and business rules of multiple business units or different geographies.
Distributed organizations comprised of several divisions, companies or business units across different locations and time zones can easily configure the Halogen solution to meet the unique needs of each business unit:
- Unique administrative roles ensure the security of sensitive user data across distributed organizations
- A customizable end-user interface can be branded to represent a particular business unit’s information, resources and geographic location
