About Laurie Ruettimann
Laurie Ruettimann is a former Human Resources leader turned influential speaker, writer and entrepreneur. She owns a consultancy that offers a wide array of services to HR departments and technology companies. Ruettimann is also the founder of GlitchPath, an early-stage startup focused on business insights and risk mitigation.
Ruettimann is an appointed board member at TDn2K, which provides workforce data, business data and social data to the restaurant industry. She also sits on strategic advisory boards of firms focused on the areas of learning analytics, big data, and employee engagement.
She studied at Regent’s University London and holds a B.A. in Literature from Webster University in Webster Groves, MO.
About Janice Love
Janice R. Love has been with Swope Health Services, a federally qualified health center in Kansas City, Missouri, since 2000 where she has held a variety of leadership positions. With over 10 years of Human Resources experience, she currently serves as the Corporate Director of Learning and Development and administrates the organization’s corporate university (Swope U), learning and development activities, and performance management.
A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a master’s degree in Biological Psychology, Janice has been a Halogen user since 2013. Janice is a true Halogen “Rock Star” and shares her knowledge about the system with whoever asks for her assistance. In 2016, Janice was selected to be a conference speaker for the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA) annual conference where she shared with passion the organizational achievements achieved by using the Halogen talent suite.
