- You access the service via the Internet, without the need to deploy and maintain an on-premise IT infrastructure.
- We provide you with access to helpline/technical support.
- As part of the licence fee, we host the application in our world-class, On-Demand hosting environment, and are responsible for all application maintenance.
On-Premise Deployments
- You install and access the service from your own IT infrastructure.
- As part of the licence fee, we also provide you with access to helpline/technical support, and maintenance updates and product upgrades that you will need to install.
