HR Administrator Training
Audience: HR staff who've been assigned the HR Administrator/HR Representative role in the Halogen Software talent management suite
The HR Administrator/HR Representative role in the Halogen suite gives users limited (configurable) access to assigned processes and participants, with limited access to employee information - this role is different from the overall Administrator role. Our Halogen eAppraisal™ HR Administrator training focuses on the tasks HR Administrators/HR Representatives can perform to facilitate a performance appraisal process. Attendees also receive end user training so they understand the tasks the managers and employes they support will have to complete.
Duration: 4 hours delivery, up to 1 hour preparation
Train the Trainer
Audience: anyone who'll be training managers and employees to use the Halogen Software suite
If you'll be delivering your own training for managers and employees, Halogen Software's Train the Trainer program can be invaluable. It focuses on teaching your in-house training staff to set up and deliver successful employee training sessions based on your Halogen processes and forms. The program walks participants through everything they need to know to conduct manager and employee training sessions.
Duration: 4 hours delivery, up to 2 hours preparation
Hourly Training

Halogen eAppraisal™ Manager Training
Audience: managers who will be completing performance appraisals for their direct reports
In addition to training your administrators, we can also train your managers. In these sessions, your managers will learn about each of the tasks they'll be required to complete as part of your appraisal process, with a focus on completing employee performance appraisals. This training is based on your organization's unique workflow and forms.
Duration: 1.5 hours delivery, up to1 hour preparation
Halogen eAppraisal Employee Training
Audience: employees who will be participating in a performance appraisal process
Halogen Software can even train your employees. A Halogen training consultant will introduce your employees to Halogen eAppraisal, and answer any questions. Your employees will learn about each of the tasks they need to complete during your performance appraisal process.
