   1. contains offensive language, including any language that is abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, defamatory, hateful, racist, threatening or sexually-oriented;
   2. violates applicable laws;
   3. infringes the intellectual property rights of any person;
   4. discredits Halogen or any of Halogen's customers, competitors, partners or other service providers;
   5. refutes or disparages the opinions or views expressed in postings on the website (although you may add your own opinions or views, so long as they do not refute or disparage those of others); or
   6. is unrelated to the purposes for which the website is established.

3. Effect of Non-Compliance

   If you violate these terms of use, you may be immediately and permanently banned from accessing or using the website, and your service provider may be informed. The IP address of all postings is recorded to assist in enforcing these terms of use. In addition, you agree to indemnify Halogen for any damages incurred by Halogen as a result of a claim by a third party that results from a violation by you of these terms of use.

4. Maintenance of Website

   Halogen has the right to remove, edit or move any posting, or close any topic, at any time in their sole discretion.

   Halogen does not screen, edit or review any materials before they are posted on the bulletin board. While Halogen will endeavour to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, we cannot review every posting. Accordingly, you acknowledge that all postings made to the bulletin board express the views and opinions of the author and not Halogen (except for postings by Halogen), and Halogen is not liable for any damages resulting from such postings or any use made by you of information in such postings.

5. Accuracy of Information

   The contents of the website are provided strictly for your convenience. Although Halogen tries to ensure that information that it posts is accurate when it is placed on the site, Halogen does not guarantee or represent that any information provided by Halogen or any other person who posts information on the site is accurate, complete, current or suitable for any particular purpose, and Halogen disclaims all warranties, representations and conditions relating to such information.

6. Non-Disclosure

   By accessing the website, you will have access to information posted on the website by Halogen and others (any information posted on the website is referred to as "Confidential Information"). You must keep all Confidential Information confidential, and you may not disclose the Confidential Information to anyone other than your employees and agents who are under obligations of confidentiality. You may not use the Confidential Information except in connection with your use of Halogen's products and services or to respond to postings or to post additional information on the website.

   These obligations of confidentiality do not apply to information:
