Get the Flexibility to Choose How You Rate Competencies
Halogen eAppraisal Manufacturing Competency Management gives you three different ways to rate competencies, so you can choose the most effective method:
- Use a short rating scale and brief comments for basic competency assessments: "Needs Improvement" to "Exceeds Expectations".
- Provide detailed behavioral descriptions of the different levels of competency demonstration to guide assessments.
- Rate competencies using a sophisticated matrix that captures different dimensions and weights. For example, how well was the competency demonstrated, how frequently was it demonstrated, who observed the demonstration, etc.
