Get the Flexibility to Choose How You Rate Competencies

Halogen eAppraisal Manufacturing Competency Management gives you three different ways to rate competencies, so you can choose the most effective method:

  1. Use a short rating scale and brief comments for basic competency assessments: "Needs Improvement" to "Exceeds Expectations".
  2. Provide detailed behavioral descriptions of the different levels of competency demonstration to guide assessments.
  3. Rate competencies using a sophisticated matrix that captures different dimensions and weights. For example, how well was the competency demonstrated, how frequently was it demonstrated, who observed the demonstration, etc.

Unlike other products on the market, Halogen eAppraisal Manufacturing even lets you mix and match the different types of ratings methods on the same form, so you can choose the best way to evaluate individual competencies.
