Updates are posted in a convenient, single view - much like Facebook and LinkedIn's status updates - and users can easily click on any activity to drill down and get more details if they want.
This is the first status update feature of its kind for a talent management solution. Activity tracker is designed to help drive system adoption and help managers and HR understand what performance and development related actions are taking place in the system - in real-time.
Activity tracker gives you three distinct views:
- A personal view that lets you see activity related to your own performance and development
- A 1st Level view that lets managers see activity for their employees
- A 2nd Level view that lets senior managers to see updates two levels down in their organization
Activity tracker lets you filter or group each of your views, and set preferences for the data and details you want to see.
HR and managers can now see a live update when goals or development plans are updated, and performance journal notes are entered, so they can make sure employees stay engaged in the process. This tool saves them invaluable time, but also helps drive system/process adoption and stickiness, ensuring the success of organizational talent management initiatives.
