Competency management has never been easier. Use a 3 to 15 point scale, and see results using up to 3 decimal places.

1. Use a simple rating scale and provide room for optional comments: "Needs Improvement" to "Exceeds Expectations".
2. Provide detailed behavioral descriptions and ask reviewers to rate the level of demonstration as well as provide optional comments.
3. Rate competencies using different dimensions and weights in a sophisticated matrix. For example, how well was the competency demonstrated, how frequently was it demonstrated, what is it's relative value, etc.
