Attendees will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience with eAppraisal in this 2 day instructor led course which will cover all aspects of creating and implementing a performance review process. Students will receive an eAppraisal Student Guide and Tutorial CD.
Halogen eAppraisal Administrator training focuses on creating performance appraisal processes, including customizing the workflow (process steps), creating forms, adding development plans and corporate goals, adding participants to the process and assigning forms, and customizing notifications and how to manage a process while it is in progress, including accessing employee information, rolling back process steps, and running reports.

Attendees will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience with Multi-rater in this 1 day instructor led course which will cover all aspects of creating and implementing a Multi-rater process. Multi-rater is an online feedback tool that conducts 360 assessments quickly and easily. Students will receive a Student Guide and Tutorial CD.
Halogen Multi-rater Administrator training will focus on creating Multi-rater processes including Setting up Administrator and Manager Driven Processes, incorporating a Multi-rater step in to your eAppraisal process, configuring options, configuring evaluators, working with relationships, customizing notifications, configuring competencies, and generating reports.
