The Halogen User Conference is a wonderful opportunity to share your experience and show other organizations — from beginner to advanced — how they can best leverage their Halogen solutions for Big Picture Talent Management™ and better business results. Each Halogen client who is selected to speak will be matched and co-present with a subject matter expert from Halogen.
Please complete the Speaker Submission Application and send us your proposal to present at the 2011 Halogen Software User Conference September 18-20, 2011.
If your speaking abstract is selected and you attend the conference as a speaker, your conference registration fees will be waived, making the Halogen User Conference an even greater value for you!
The Halogen Software User Conference team is seeking presentations that support the following topics:
- Goal Alignment
- Succession Planning
- Job Description Management
- Pay for Performance
- Performance-Based Learning
- Rating Scales and Competencies
- Competency Assessments in Healthcare
- Peer Reviews in Healthcare
Your goal as a speaker is to work with the Halogen expert that you are paired with to deliver practical "how-to" information and lessons learned. You will also provide education that covers new approaches your organization is using.
Don't Hesitate!
Step into the spotlight and submit a completed proposal based on any of these subjects. Remember, if the knowledge and experiences have helped you, they are certain to benefit your peers. And you won’t be alone! An expert from the Halogen staff will be co-presenting with you, to introduce the topic and provide session material complementary to your success story.
Email Halogen by June 1, 2011 with your completed submission form. Only forms that are completely filled out will be considered.
Thanks for your interest in presenting at the 2011 User Conference. We're fortunate to have many customers express interest in presenting – unfortunately we won't be able to accommodate everyone. Please submit your abstracts early. Presenters will be notified the week of June 26th.
