For the fourth year in a row, the Halogen User Conference will feature the Bright Lights awards to recognize some of the great accomplishments of our customers, in a variety of categories.
We encourage Halogen Customers to submit nominations for their organizations in one of the following categories:
Bright Bottom Line: For a customer who has quantitatively assessed the results of implementing their Halogen employee performance and talent management system. The winner will have a story that details how their new solution has directly impacted the bottom line of their organization. This impact can be measured in any kind of ROI, money saved, time saved, improved employee satisfaction, greater retention rates etc.
Dazzling Implementation: For a customer who has successfully completed an extraordinary implementation. The winner of this award has creatively and effectively rolled out the Halogen system to their organization. Elements of the implementation that may be considered include end user and manager training, taking advantage of Halogen's flexibility, rolling out the solution in a short span of time, rolling out the solution to a geographically dispersed workforce and many others.
Brilliant Corporate Culture: For a customer who has used the Halogen solution as a powerful tool to drive cultural change and development. The winner of this award will have achieved goals which may include aligning corporate culture, increasing transparency and accountability, introducing a high-performance culture to the organization, reinforcing a unified, vibrant corporate culture etc.
