- In addition to fabulous keynotes, plenary and panel presentations, you'll be able to choose from four educational breakout tracks this year – Delivering Big Picture Talent Management™ Strategy, Preparing for Brilliant Implementations, Tips and Tools for Greater Effectiveness, and a special healthcare track on Monday.
- Over the conference's two days, we'll have more than 25 sessions crafted to enrich your understanding how Halogen can help you better define your strategy, execute your talent management plans, and measure improved business results.
- We're bringing back the most popular pre- and post-conference product training sessions.
- And, building on the huge success of last year’s pre-conference workshop, we’re delivering two talent management boot camps this year. The first is a Job Description Boot Camp, which will be led by industry expert Dr. Gordon Medlock. The second is a reprise of the full day workshop on succession planning led by author and thought-leader Dr. William Rothwell.
