Halogen's First Annual User Conference Provides Organizations With Immediate Benefits

Event Proves Highly Successful with almost 100 customers in Attendance, Customers Gain Valuable Insight into New Approaches and Techniques for Successful Employee Performance Management

OTTAWA - September 28, 2006 - Halogen Software Inc., the leading provider of Web-based employee performance management (EPM) software announced today that its first annual User Conference was an overwhelming success with almost 100 customers in attendance. The Conference featured Christopher D. Lee, Associate Vice Chancellor for Human Resource Services with the Virginia Community College System as the keynote speaker and offered more than a dozen educational sessions.

Sessions offered attendees the opportunity to hear from industry experts as well as experienced peers on subjects ranging from making use of the right tools for effective performance management and using Halogen eAppraisal™, to manage disciplinary actions to implementing new features and integrating key performance indicators (KPI) with goal management.
