Halogen Software Reports 80 Percent Rise in Demand for eAppraisal Healthcare to Meet Compliance Requirements and Attract New Staff
OTTAWA, Canada – November 30, 2005 – A growing number of healthcare institutions are realizing the benefits of automating time-intensive human resource processes and are choosing Halogen Software for their Web-based employee performance management solutions, the company announced today. In one year, Halogen experienced an 80 percent increase in the number of Healthcare institutions buying its eAppraisal for Healthcare; in the last quarter alone, the company added 14 new healthcare customers, exceeding industry growth predications.

In other case studies, Howard Regional Health System[2] realized a 164 per cent return on its investment in the first three years of using an automated appraisal solution. Mount Sinai Hospital[3] also describes how they use eAppraisal Healthcare to complement their balanced scorecard approach.
