Halogen Software announces new Multi-rater Module for eAppraisal
Powerful new module makes complicated multi-source assessments 'point-and-click' simple.
OTTAWA, January 27, 2005 – Multi-faceted performance reviews just got a whole lot easier! Halogen Software Inc., a leading provider of Web-based employee performance management (EPM) software, today launched a new Multi-rater module with the latest version of its flagship Halogen eAppraisal software.
The new Multi-rater module gives managers a quick, simple, and accurate way to collect and analyze multi rater feedback about an employee’s performance from multiple sources. At any time during an employee’s appraisal, a manager can deploy a multi-rater session by simply clicking a button, selecting the questions to ask, and choosing the ‘raters’ – colleagues, co-workers, other managers – from which to solicit feedback. Multi-rater automatically sends e-mail notifications and reminders, instantly presents feedback in graphical format, and provides anecdotal summaries.
With Multi-rater, managers can choose to get feedback on any portion of an employees’ performance – or on their overall performance. They can also add new ‘raters’ at any time during an assessment. The extra input results in a more complete, more accurate employee appraisal.
Halogen’s new Multi-rater is a fully integrated, optional feature that customers can license with Halogen eAppraisal 6.1 or eAppraisal Healthcare 6.1. Homebanc Mortgage Corporation, Fluent Inc, and Regis Corporation have already purchased the Multi-rater module.
