OTTAWA - July 20, 2004 - Halogen Software, a leading provider of web-based employee performance appraisal and 360-degree feedback today announced that they signed 25 new customers in the second quarter and reached the milestone of 100 Employee Performance Management (EPM) customers. Halogen Software had its best quarterly financial performance in the company's history, which included setting a record for both quarterly new license revenue and quarterly total revenue.

Halogen Software continued its strong growth fueled primarily by sales of their enterprise-class products Halogen eAppraisal™ and Halogen eAppraisal™ Healthcare. New clients in the quarter included St. Agnes HealthCare, New Liberty Hospital District of Clay County, Jackson Community College, North Island Credit Union, Coinstar and Mercury Air Group Inc. The organization has also received orders for additional licenses from existing clients such as SAVVIS Communications and Australian Crime Commission.
