OTTAWA, February 22, 2002-Halogen Software announced today the release of Halogen e360, 3.2 Domino, the latest version of their web-based peer feedback evaluation software solution that enables organizations to build employee evaluations, collect and store responses, monitor evaluators progress and creates instant and informative reports. The latest version comes complete with enhanced reporting capabilities.

"The new reporting functionality allows the administrator to provide more detailed reports and control how the information is displayed.
Halogen e360 offers many types of reports including; summary, detailed reports and question detail reports in numeric or bar graph format. The administrator can control the look and feel of the reports by excluding/including certain metric columns, selecting colours for bar graph reports, and deciding what to do with responses if a group of raters does not have enough respondents. The latest version also allows for exporting results into external statistical packages, such as SPSS.
