HR Pros Weigh in on Hot Topics in Business and Talent Management
Over 400 HR professionals and consultants registered for Halogen's HR Raging Debates Webcast which aired at the end of 2009. Seven of our 10 HR thought leaders led the panel discussion, sharing their thoughts on a variety of questions related to talent management and the current business climate as it impacts the human resources profession. The webcast attendees were immediately polled on their thoughts on the same topics.
An average of 200 HR professionals responded to each poll question, and the results shed light on HR's view of topics like stack ranking, generational management, merit-based pay, succession planning disclosure, social media in the workplace, HR metrics for the C-Suite, EFCA complacency, executive compensation after the bailout, and the future role of HR.
We're happy to share their responses with you!
