July was a VERY busy month for us with lots of great news, and I wanted to share some of the highlights with everyone.
Early in the month, we announced a strategic investment from JMI, a private equity firm. The talent management market is growing quickly, and this investment will enable us to advance our leadership position. We’ve had amazing growth over the past two years, and have built a strong customer list, with more than 1000 organizations worldwide using Halogen. This investment gives us additional capital to fuel our growth in the coming years. Overall, we see this as a major vote of confidence in our direction, and reinforces the potential for the talent management market.
On the customer side, we’ve had lots of great news to share over the past few weeks announcing three of our new customers – Milwaukee Centre for Independence (MCFI), Carle Clinic and Pechanga Resort and Casino. What’s interesting about all of these customers is how they are all using Halogen as a strategic tool as part of their overall talent management programs.
MCFI switched to Halogen after using a competing solution in order to better meet its focus on strategy and goal alignment. A big part of their move was because they needed something more flexible and that would offer more control over the process.
Carle Clinic Association and Health Alliance Medical Plans are moving to an online system to better measure and reward performance. In the competitive healthcare market, this is tied to their ability to attract and retain talent.
Pechanga Resort and Casino wanted to streamline its employee performance management process, and create a pay for performance strategy for all of its team members. Now all employees from housekeeping to food and beverage services, to dealers in the casino will be a part of their talent management strategy.
Three customers, all with three different needs and stories, but the result is the same – realizing that talent management is a must to stay competitive in any market.
We have lots in store for August, so stay tuned for more updates!
