Top Hospitals and Talent Management: Welcome to Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center September 3rd, 2009

Last week, we announced that Los Angeles based Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center (PVHMC) recently joined our growing list of healthcare customers. PVHMC will be using Halogen’s talent management suite to help increase employee engagement and drive a performance-based culture.

PVHMC is a four time recipient of the 100 Top Hospitals award, and is focused on creating a culture of accountability and employee engagement. PVHMC is just one of our many customers who are true leaders in the healthcare field and are nationally recognized for quality healthcare, innovation, excellence in patient safety/care and as top employers. What each of these centers has in common is that they make talent management an overall strategic priority. Regardless of size or location, healthcare organizations focused on excellence, are also highly focused on talent management as they recognize the link between employee engagement/retention and overall quality of patient safety and care.
