As most of you know last month we hosted hundreds of our customers here in Ottawa. Nothing really compares with the energy of having that many of clients together in one place exchanging ideas and providing us with feedback.

A couple of weeks ago we announced that the City of Henderson (next door neighbor to Las Vegas) selected Halogen to help drive employee engagement and improve service levels. We’re pleased to add the City of Henderson to a growing list of municipal and state organizations that we’re working with to help them meet their organizational goals.
