OHA’s Solution of Choice for Talent Management

I am pleased to announce that our talent management suite for healthcare has been endorsed by the Ontario Hospital Association (OHA) as a solution of choice for its member hospitals. It’s the first and only talent management suite endorsed by the OHA, so we’re pretty proud of this accomplishment, and our customers have seen the value in the endorsement as well.

As Erin Olszowy, the Human Resources Analyst at the Brant Community Healthcare System explained:

The OHA is working with us to help its member hospitals execute better talent management programs, and support the initiatives of OHA’s Leadership Development Institute (LDI). The LDI is focused on helping member hospitals create strong leaders by enhancing their skills. OHA member organizations participating in the LDI initiative will integrate standard competencies into their talent management processes for five leadership positions.
