We’re pretty pleased to announce a great new addition to our healthcare line up today - a content pack that helps HR pros in the healthcare market meet strategic organizational goals such as delivering outstanding patient care and ensuring patient satisfaction.
The new addition provides value added healthcare specific content to meet current talent management requirements of this industry. Healthcare organizations face unique talent management challenges like a tighter labor market and regulatory requirements. The content will ship standard with our healthcare specific talent management suite, and will help organizations save start up time with rich, healthcare specific content based on best practices.
In developing the offering, we worked with industry experts, with assistance from leading healthcare providers. The pack includes:
- A library of healthcare-specific performance standards including behavioral descriptions related to patient care;
- Healthcare-specific comment helper text, coaching tips and development tips supporting these performance standards;
- A competency library containing over 1000 clinical competencies;
- A set of competency and orientation checklists; and
- Over 250 position-specific performance appraisal forms.
