Last week, the gang over at Fistful of Talent released the latest list of the top 25 blogs focused on HR. It’s well worth a look and I’m willing to bet you’ll find a few new ones. Some of my absolute favorites are on this list, and as a group, these individuals are sharing informative and sometimes groundbreaking ideas.

A special shout out to our buddy Steve Boese who took the #1 spot on the list! His blog consistently delivers valuable information for HR pros looking to learn more about using technology to enhance their strategic value.

• Know HR - from Frank Roche and Sarah Chambers, specializes in straight talk on HR. I especially like their lists like 65 Things I Believe About HR.
• The View from Harvard Business - It’s Harvard - need I say more?
• The Business of Management - Workforce Management Editor John Hollon’s blog on where workforce and business management issues intersect.
• Trizle - Aside from the great tagline Rock.Business this community offers practical tips like How You’ll Make Hiring Mistakes in a fun, easy to digest format.
• HR Observations -A self-professed HR geek, Michael Haberman delivers an analytical look at HR based on 25+ years in the biz.
• The Recruiter Guy - aka Chris Hoyt is all about thinking big and social recruiting.
• John Sumser’s Two Color Hat - Prolific blogger covering HR and recruiting with lots of analysis.
• Compensation Force - The excellent wisdom of Ann Bares on all things comp.
• Rehaul (formerly Your HR Guy) - Our friend Lance Haun, enthusiastic practitioner who has worn both HR and vendor hats, advancing the profession with every post, and would make a fabulous asset to any team - he’s now on the market.

• Punk Rock HR - Laurie Ruettimann - an HR advocate, a pot stirrer and a great read for both seasoned HR leaders, and folks considering the profession.
• Simply Lisa (formerly HR Thoughts) - Lisa Rosendahl’s blog. Great observations from an HR pro working in the public sector).
• Jon Ingham’s Strategic HCM - John is a UK-based blogger who looks at moving HR to HR 2.0.
• Compensation Cafe - Great comp focused blog with multiple contributors, also led by Ann Bares.
• HR Gumbo - Fabulous blog put together by Big Bend SHRM chapter of Tallahassee Florida.
• All Things Workplace - Steve Roesler tells it straight, great insights for everyone from C-level leaders to HR pros to managers.
• Renegade HR - Chris Ferdinandi takes a simple, no holds barred approach to HR, and bonus, he’s a “clean hippie”.
• Upstart HR - Ben Eubanks told us not but six months ago that he was going to bring another great unique voice to the HR blogosphere and he was right!
• Marketing Headhunter - Harry Joiner offers up his look at HR, hiring and recruiting through the eyes of a marketing and e-commerce focused headhunter.
