It almost seems like a no-brainer! Since people deliver the products and services that make our companies successful, focusing on developing people and managing their performance, skills and careers, leads to better business results. Adopting and sustaining a performance-focused culture is vital to organizations of all sizes, in all industries, especially in these challenging economic times.
