I am thrilled to share some great news today. We have won a Top Training Product award from Human Resource Executive Magazine for Halogen eLearning Manager! As the industry’s first performance-based learning management system, Halogen eLearning Manager delivers an innovative approach to training and development, by fully integrating learning with performance appraisals and other key talent management functions.

As an organization, we are focused on delivering products that are ‘right to market’ by addressing real-life requirements of organizations and HR professionals, as well as industry best practices. This approach which is focused on meeting actual business needs, has resulted in Halogen winning multiple awards for Halogen eAppraisal, and Human Resource Executive Magazine awards for Halogen eSuccession, Halogen eCompensation, and now Halogen eLearning Manager.

Traditionally, performance management and learning management systems have been separate applications.
