Planning is underway for our fifth annual User Conference, which will take place September 16th and 17th in Ottawa. We recently opened up early bird registration.

Customers are encouraged to begin submitting speaking proposals and nominations for the third annual Bright Light Awards honoring successes in implementation, culture and bottom line results. New this year, attendees can also earn HRCI credits towards their GPHR, SPHR, or PHR certification.

The User Conference will feature value packed presentations from keynote speakers Libby Sartain, SPHR, Author and HR Advisor; Steve Roesler, Principal and Founder of The Steve Roesler Group; and Kris Dunn, Vice President of People at Daxko, and blogger at HR Capitalist and Fistful of Talent. Other main stage and workshop conference sessions will showcase the expertise of thought leaders such as Dr. William Rothwell on succession planning, and Donna Wright on competency assessment. Halogen experts as well as new and seasoned customers will share best practices and real-world experiences on a wide breadth of talent management topics, targeting the interests and needs of customers of all experience levels.

Following the conference are optional, high-value training sessions that target specific levels of user experience. The training and workshop rates are a tremendous value during the conference, compared to the cost of running them at individual organizations. Ideal for new users and those who want a refresher, post-conference training provides attendees deep hands-on experience with Halogen’s entire talent management suite.

I hope you can join us in Ottawa!
