Customer Satisfaction in Talent Management – Bersin and Bill Kutik Weigh in

Most of you familiar with the Talent Management market probably recognize some of the leading industry analysts in the space. Leighanne Levensaler of Bersin & Associates is the Director of Talent Management Research for this highly regarded firm. Bill Kutik – technology columnist for Human Resource Executive® and co-chairman of the magazine’s annual HR Technology Conference & Exhibition – is considered the leading independent analyst of the HR technology marketplace. For the past year has been hosting The Bill Kutik Radio Show, a bi-weekly online talk show with industry leaders in the HR space.On Bill’s show this week, he interviewed Leighanne about her upcoming research. Bill, a hold no punches kind of guy, was very keen to discuss Leighanne’s early findings and did a great job of letting listeners know his thoughts on Leighanne’s research and what they could expect during this chat:
“Leighanne Levensaler works harder and digs deeper than just about any industry analyst I know. Two years ago Leighanne shook the industry with the first in-depth analytical ratings of 20 TM suite vendors; their products; and how well she thought they performed. Now she is completing the first detailed survey of the customers and their satisfaction with the vendors’ implementation, service, support, and product functionality.
Her completed ‘Talent Management Systems: The Customer Experience’ will debut in September’s HR Technology Conference but listen now for the early key findings.”
As an active vendor in the talent management market we were pretty eager to hear Leighanne’s insights as well. Needless to say, we were thrilled with what she had to share! While the details of the report won’t be released until later in September, Leighanne had this to say when, on the show, Bill cut to the chase and asked her which vendors come out well in the report.
“Halogen really delights their customers across the board.”
