Picture it. You are the pit boss at a large casino, and oversee 10 to 15 employees on the average shift.
You’ve got black jack, pai gow, and other dealers to manage on a day-to-day basis and be “responsible” for their performance. As the pit boss, I’m willing to bet you don’t have a lot of time to focus on how the work you, or any of dealers do, ties back to your casino’s corporate goals.
