Research firm Aberdeen is currently conducting a benchmark report on how best-in-class organizations incorporate and manage individual goals as part of the employee performance review process. The firm is looking for people to participate in the study - and as a thank you, participants will receive the resulting report for free! All information will be used in aggregate and kept confidential, so I’d encourage you to share your insights on goal management.

A key component of the study is how best-in-class orgs use technology solutions to integrate and automate performance management in a way that can provide visibility into overall corporate goals. This definitely will deliver some great information on goal management and the role of technology as an enabler for organizations. The study will be published on June 30th, so I’ll follow up to share some of the more interesting findings in July.
