Sean Conrad
Sean Conrad is a Certified Human Capital Strategist and senior product analyst at Halogen Software, working closely with our customers on a day-to-day basis. He has spoken at numerous industry events sharing his unique blend of technology expertise and understanding of HR-specific challenges. In his downtime, Sean enjoys running and recently completed his first marathon. He’s an avid Formula 1 fan and loves traveling and scuba diving.

Melany Gallant
Melany is the Halogen Software blog manager responsible for coordinating our authors’ posts and providing social media insight as it relates to HR strategy and organizational objectives. She has over 12 years experience in public relations and marketing, the majority of it spent in the technology industry. In her spare time, Melany enjoys reading, knitting and spending time with family. She is a volunteer organizer of the local Girl Geek Dinners chapter, and uses social media to distract her from an incurable addiction to chocolate.

Donna Ronayne
Donna is Halogen Software’s VP of Marketing and Business Development, and provides updates on corporate news via the Halogen Software blog. She has more than 20 years experience in the technology industry. In her spare time, Donna loves to read. She even started a ‘book club’ 10 years ago (although her husband believes it is more aptly named the ‘social club’). Donna also loves boating, walking and shopping at outlets, not necessarily in that particular order.

Yvon Martel
Yvon is Halogen Software’s VP of Healthcare and our expert on all things healthcare for the Halogen Software blog. Yvon has shared insight into key performance management challenges and solutions for healthcare organizations at a number of healthcare industry forums across North America, including ASHHRA and regional healthcare association events. He is the very busy father of two sets of twins that are only a year apart, for a total of three boys and one girl. He’s a healthcare guy by day and kid chauffeur by night!

Dominique Jones
Dominique is Halogen Software’s VP of Human Resources and has over 15 years experience in the talent management industry both in Europe and North America. Using her extensive industry experience across the retail, manufacturing, financial services, consulting and professional services sectors, Dominique is focused on providing practical insights that help HR Generalists positively impact business performance. Prior to joining Halogen Software, Dominique was most recently a regional vice president with a global talent management consulting firm. Dominique holds an M.A. Honours degree from St. Andrews University in Scotland, as well as the Institute of Personnel and Development (IPD) certification from the United Kingdom. Dominique spends her free time with family on their farm, tending her horses and rescued donkeys.
