Sean Conrad
Sean Conrad is a senior product analyst at Halogen, working closely with our customers on a day-to-day basis. He has spoken at numerous industry events sharing his unique blend of technology expertise and understanding of HR-specific challenges. In his downtime, Sean enjoys running and recently completed his first marathon. He’s an avid Formula 1 fan and loves traveling and scuba diving.

Donna Ronayne
Halogen’s VP of Marketing and Business Development and provides updates on our corporate news on the Halogen blog. She has more than 20 years experience in the technology industry. In her spare time, she loves to read. She even started a ‘book club’ 10 years ago (although her husband believes it is more aptly named the ‘social club’.) Donna also loves boating, walking and shopping at outlets, not necessarily in that particular order.

Yvon Martel
Yvon is Halogen’s VP of Healthcare and our expert on all things healthcare for the Halogen blog. Yvon has shared insight into key performance management challenges and solutions for healthcare organizations at a number of healthcare industry forums across North America, including ASHHRA and regional healthcare association events. He is the very busy father of two sets of twins that are only a year apart, for a total of three boys and one girl. He’s a healthcare guy by day and kid chauffeur by night!
