Last week we hosted a webinar in conjunction with the Human Capital Institute (HCI). It was all about organization centric goals, tracking goal linkages and the results from such a process. We called it “Sculling to Success” because, just like in sculling or rowing, the amount of energy, dedication and alignment put into the effort is directly proportional to the results achieved.

Goals have the potential to be strategic tools to gain the maximum output from the collective contributions of all individuals in an organization – if they are properly managed. Goals direct the use of time, attention, effort and resources and ensure everyone in the boat is rowing in the same direction.
