Compensation and Benefits
Halogen Software offers its employees a fair and competitive compensation and benefits package. We believe in paying for performance, so our employees are offered a base salary, augmented by a quarterly Management by Objectives (MBO) bonus. Employees also benefit from a standard health and dental insurance policy, an employee assistance program and 3-week starting vacation allotment.
We encourage our managers to recognize and reward employees for their contributions, and have spot award, sales award and quarterly pro award programs to support this. Department or team lunches, and periodic team building activities also form a part of our every day work culture.
Halogen believes in developing its employees based on the combined needs of the company, and the employee's career goals. As part of our employee performance management program, all employees have a development plan and are supported in continuing their professional and career development.
Halogen also provides employees with the opportunity to benefit from an interest-free loan towards the purchase of a PC and related equipment/software for personal use. We also have a generous referral program that encourages employees to recommend high-potential candidates for current openings, and rewards them for each successful hire.
